Your tasks

Drive product engineering efforts to enhance DFB laser products by improving performance, yield, and reliability through data-driven analysis and innovation.

• Lead product engineering activities to develop and optimize DFB laser products for enhanced functionality and market competitiveness
• Analyze extensive data sets to maintain and improve DFB laser performance, yield, and reliability in manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply insights from data analysis to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, material science, or an equivalent field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in crystal growth, design, or wafer fabrication processes related to DFB lasers
