About the company
Part-Time Personal Assistant – Digital Marketing AVA is looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant with strong digital marketing skills to support our TCM wellness, herbal tea and dessert business.
Your tasks
- Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, scheduling and follow-ups.
- Plan and manage social media content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
- Create attractive posters, promotional materials, short videos and captions.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions and customer engagement.
- Update website content and online business listings.
- Monitor campaign results and suggest ways to increase brand awareness, enquiries and sales.
- Coordinate with staff, suppliers and external service providers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools.
- Able to take appealing product photos and create engaging short videos.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; English and Mandarin preferred for bilingual content creation.
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with good time-management skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative and handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience in F&B, wellness, beauty or TCM marketing is an advantage.
- Students and freelancers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
