⚙️ Machine Operators: Get Paid to Record Your Workflow Use your hands-on equipment experience to help train the next generation of AI. We are recruiting experienced machine operators, equipment operators, technicians, and industrial professionals for a flexible paid video recording project. Using our app and a phone head mount, you will record first-person (POV) videos while performing authorized machine-control and equipment-operation workflows and naturally explain what you are doing.

🎛️ We Want to Capture Real Machine-Control Workflows Depending on your experience and assignment, you may record activities such as:

• Setting up and preparing equipment
• Operating buttons, switches, levers, pedals, and control panels
• Selecting settings and operating modes
• Adjusting machine parameters during routine work
• Monitoring gauges, indicators, and displays
• Loading or positioning materials
• Starting and stopping routine operations
• Performing pre-operation checks
• Inspecting output or completed work
• Making routine adjustments
• Responding to normal operating conditions
• Routine shutdown and cleanup procedures
• Other approved equipment-operation workflows

We are interested in how experienced operators actually interact with machinery—the sequence of actions, hand movements, control interactions, observations, checks, adjustments, and decisions involved in completing a task.

We want to capture your real workflow, operational knowledge, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional machine or equipment operating experience
• Authorization to operate and record the equipment
• Smartphone
• Phone head mount
• Ability to naturally explain your workflow while working
• Approximately 10 hours available for the assignment

What we offer

We provide training, detailed task instructions, recording guidelines, and sample videos showing exactly what we are looking for. English narration is preferred.

**Only record routine operations on equipment you are trained and authorized to operate, and only where recording is permitted. Recording must not interfere with required PPE, visibility, communication, or safe equipment operation. Do not record confidential control settings, proprietary processes, access credentials, coworkers without permission, or other sensitive workplace information. Application does not guarantee selection. Compensation is based on approved qualifying videos and hours that meet assignment requirements.
