Apprentice sought for Sales, Administration and Marketing at Automobility-X ApS

Automobility-X is a small but ambitious company based in Ikast. We develop and deliver mobility and vehicle solutions and collaborate with customers and suppliers all over the world. As part of a smaller team, you will have the opportunity to work broadly across the company and take responsibility from day one.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive apprentice who wants a versatile education within sales, administration, marketing and international trade.

About the apprenticeship

As an apprentice at Automobility-X, you will become part of a dynamic team where you will gain practical experience with many different tasks. You will have daily contact with customers and suppliers from all over the world and gain good insight into international trade and the company's daily operations.

The apprenticeship is a full-time position of approximately 37 hours per week. You will receive thorough training and the opportunity to develop both your professional and personal competencies. For the right candidate, the apprenticeship can lead to a permanent position in export sales after completion of the education.

Your tasks

• Preparation and follow-up on quotes
• Order processing and coordination of deliveries

• Communication with customers and suppliers
• Administrative tasks and invoicing

• Support for marketing and social media
• Maintenance of documentation and internal systems

• Various ad hoc tasks

• Are structured and take responsibility for your tasks

• Thrive with customer contact and collaboration
• Can maintain an overview in a daily life with many different tasks

• Have good English skills – a third language is an advantage
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Are curious, willing to learn and ready for new challenges
