Senior Manager

/ Manager – Newton Abbot | Salary DOE I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Manager to join a well-established accountancy practice in Newton Abbot. They are also open to considering a strong Manager who is looking for their next step. This is a varied role working closely with a Partner and managing a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies , with responsibility across accounts, tax, VAT, client management and team development. The role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to take on more responsibility within a supportive practice. There is also potential for a pathway to Partnership in the future . The ideal candidate will have: ACA/ACCA qualified

Strong accountancy practice experience

Experience across accounts preparation and business/corporate tax

Ideally some personal tax experience

Strong client management skills

Previous team management or supervisory experience

Good communication and organisational skills
