Job Summary
You will support showroom sales by managing inventory, assisting customers with product features and testing, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience aligned with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by effectively applying company policies and sales techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting, sorting, and replenishing showroom stock
- Report stock discrepancies or damages promptly to supervisors or managers
- Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth processes
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of product usage, pricing, and design to assist customers effectively
- Respond to telephone inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
- Enhance customer confidence by creating a reassuring sales floor experience
- Maintain appealing store promotion visuals to attract customer interest
- Assist customers in testing merchandise and explain product features and benefits clearly
- Stay informed about new and emerging technologies related to products and services
- Address customer concerns professionally and offer appropriate solutions to meet their needs
- Follow company guidelines to protect confidential information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform cashiering duties accurately as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work retail shift patterns
