• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a decentralized team as well as active participation in the selection, induction, and further development of your employees✓ Several years of experience in the decentralized leadership and management of cross-location teams as well as the goal-oriented motivation of remote employees✓ Direct reporting to the Regional Management and support in the strategic management of the region✓ Responsibility for revenue and business development in your sub-region✓ Optimization of processes and structures in cooperation with the Headquarter in Berlin✓ Ensuring high appraisal quality and excellent customer service in the branches✓ Further development of existing product and service offerings in close coordination with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical vocational training or a comparable degree as well as several years of professional experience in the automotive industry✓ Experience in leading decentralized teams with disciplinary personnel responsibility✓ Initial experience in managing sales teams or in managing a branch network✓ Very good written and spoken English skills✓ Strong affinity for numbers and entrepreneurial thinking✓ Strong communication skills and a motivating, team-oriented leadership personality✓ Residence as well as a high willingness to travel within your region
