AutoUnion Car Rental has been in the car rental business for more than 30 years. The company operates in over 1000 locations World-wide in five continents. We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our international team! Job title: Global Customer Experience Representative for our International office based in Chalandri Attica. Duties : Manage customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Handle reservations Coordinate with international branch locations Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent service standards across markets Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team ​ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
