Coordinate, enable, and supervise that sales personnel comply with the work plan and established sales indicators in order to evaluate and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.

REQUISITOS:

• Bachelor's Degree / Engineering: Business Administration and Management, International Business / Trade
• 4 to 5 years of experience
• Desirable Specialty / Diploma / Master's: Sales Management and Commercial Spaces
• Basic English
• Availability to travel
• Microsoft Office-Excel and Power Point, intermediate
• Corporate Web Portals, advanced
• Power BI, intermediate
• Strategic Planning, advanced
• Commercial and Sales Training, advanced
• Knowledge of Auto Parts and automotive Spare Parts products, advanced
• Volume building, intermediate
• Commercial relationship management and sales strategies, advanced
