Procurement Manager

At Autmix, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing strategy and contribute directly to the profitability and successful execution of our projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Procurement and Strategic Sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery times, and commercial agreements.
• Plan the purchase of materials, equipment, and services according to the needs of each project.
• Develop, evaluate, and manage national and international suppliers.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and critical materials.
• Control costs and deviations against budget, identifying savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Finance to improve project planning and profitability.
• Drive improvements in Procurement processes, policies, and indicators.

We are looking for a profile with:

• Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in negotiation and supplier development.
• Knowledge of technical and/or industrial purchasing.
• Analytical, financial, and planning capacity.
• Professional English.
• Desirable experience in engineering, automation, manufacturing, or industrial project companies.
