Import Clerk (m/f/d)

What to expect

• Processing of import processes for international incoming goods
• Monitoring of items from shipment to import into Germany
• Checking of import, customs, and shipping documents as well as invoices
• Preparation and creation of import-relevant documents
• Support with customs clearance as well as ensuring compliance with all import regulations
• Schedule monitoring and processing of delivery deviations
• Processing of payment transactions with our suppliers

What you bring to the role

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, or a comparable specialization
• Professional experience in the areas of import, customs, or international goods traffic is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with an ERP system, ideally MS Dynamics NAV or Business Central
