🚀 Your mission As a Process Quality Analyst, you will be key to managing and accompanying improvement opportunities in all production processes, directing root cause analysis and defining action plans focused on continuous improvement, guaranteeing the monitoring, control, and follow-up of quality standards for products and processes through statistical tools and specialized methodologies. 🎓 Requirements: Education: Professional in Production Engineering, industrial, quality, administrative, or related fields Experience: Between 1 and 2 years in engineering processes, production, quality, continuous improvement, or related fields Technical knowledge: Intermediate Excel, Power BI (Desirable)

B2 English level

🧩 Responsibilities · Analyze and update the quality management indicators for products and processes. · Perform root cause analysis and define action plans oriented toward high-impact improvements. · Participate in quality meetings using statistical tools for decision-making. · Guarantee compliance with quality standards, including acceptance and rejection criteria. · Validate compliance with variables established in the surveillance plans for production processes. · Manage the acquisition of necessary resources for the development of quality activities. · Support the management of after-sales refines and accompany the identification of improvement opportunities. · Keep process documentation updated and actively participate in management system audits. · Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
