YOUR MISSION:

You are the interface between the sales team and the various technical departments for all aspects of a project's progress.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Support sales representatives in the analysis of tenders and large projects, the choice of suitable products, and during client presentations.
• Communicate with the sales department and technical departments throughout all phases of a project.
• Provide appropriate responses to client requests with the support of the design office: technical analysis of custom solutions.
• Configure and quote standard and special products and check factory responses.
• Create detailed layouts before installation.
• Responsibility for complete project management until the handover of the site.

YOUR PROFILE

You possess good interpersonal skills and are passionate about innovation, technicality, and design.

Graduate of higher technical education, preferably in design, architecture, or engineering.

Significant and successful experience in project management within a design office: 5 years in a similar position, preferably in office space planning.

Results-oriented, you know how to manage your priorities and anticipate potential issues.

Autonomous and organized, you can easily manage several projects simultaneously while remaining rigorous.

Versatile and proactive, you demonstrate a great sense of responsibility and enjoy taking initiative.

Solid experience with CAD software and proficiency in MS Office software.

Proficiency in English is imperative; proficiency in German would be a real asset.

Ability to synthesize information, rigor, organizational skills, and teamwork.
