Responsibilities

• Prepare bookkeeping as required and draft bank payments while verifying supplier details
• Raise sales invoices with careful consideration of domestic and international VAT and income tax implications
• Perform reconciliation of client agent statements and accounting records
• Review card payment transactions alongside supporting invoices and receipts
• Prepare VAT returns and management figures to a high standard
• Investigate and resolve complex queries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
