Your Tasks
- You manage and strategically develop national Key Accounts further and build sustainable relationships at the decision-maker level.
- You develop and implement individual growth strategies for the brand and private label business and manage tenders in the private label sector.
- You are responsible for sales, volume, and profit targets, independently conduct annual negotiations as well as price, condition, and contract negotiations, and adhere to them.
- You analyze market, customer, and competitor data, derive recommendations for action, and develop Category and Revenue Growth concepts together with internal interfaces.
- You independently take over forecasts, budget planning, and performance controlling and adhere to them, work closely across departments, and act as a sparring partner for the sales management as well as a team coordinator for the two-person KAM team.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in business administration or commercial training as well as several years of experience in Key Account Management of an FMCG brand company with a focus on food retail.
- You bring sound knowledge in the brand and, ideally, also in the private label business and have achieved demonstrable success in annual negotiations as well as price, condition, and contract negotiations with national Key Accounts.
- You are proficient in handling business KPIs, budget, and profit responsibility, and you analyze market, customer, and panel data to develop and implement successful sales and growth strategies.
- You work confidently in cross-functional teams, coordinate different stakeholders, possess leadership experience, and convince through strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills as well as a resilient network in food retail.
- You are characterized by strategic and analytical thinking, a strong sales and growth orientation, entrepreneurial action, high personal responsibility and motivation, digital competence, and a high willingness to travel.
- You have very good written and spoken English skills.
