SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained. Assign duties, arrange staff schedules and monitor attendance and work performance. Inspect completed work to ensure tasks are done properly and on time. Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use and workplace safety. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, and report maintenance or operational issues promptly. Handle client requests and feedback, coordinate with management and submit daily work reports.
