KELYPS INTÉRIM is looking for a Multi-skilled Receptionist (M/F) for one of its clients in the hotel sector for a position to be filled in early December.
Are you looking for a multi-skilled position in the hotel industry and wish to invest yourself in the long term?
Our client is looking for a serious and trustworthy person to join their team. A two-week training period is planned before starting the position, to allow you to discover the establishment, its operations, and the various missions.
The position will begin with 3 months of interim work.
Your Missions
You will be required to intervene both at the reception and in service:
At the reception:
Welcome and provide information to customers Handle check-ins and check-outs Respond to customer requests Manage reservations and telephone calls Ensure the smooth running of the customers' stay
In service:
Welcome and seat customers Participate in dining room service Take orders and ensure service Ensure customer satisfaction
The Profile Sought Above all, we are looking for a person who is:
Serious, reliable, and trustworthy Dynamic and multi-skilled Has a sense of hospitality and service Comfortable with customers Speaks English to be able to communicate with international customers Available to work on Sundays as well Wishing to invest in the long term and open to a CDI permanent contract Previous experience in reception, hotels, or catering is necessary.
