Your area of responsibility

Immediately after AURELIUS acquires a new investment, you will accompany the operational activities of the newly acquired subsidiary on-site. Your main task is to work together with the local management to develop a comprehensive transformation concept and to implement it consistently over a period of 9-12 months. During your assignment, you will have the opportunity to accompany projects from analysis to final implementation and will commit yourself to competitiveness, profitability, and the sustainable increase of company value.

Your profile

• University degree in economics or natural sciences or engineering with strong commercial knowledge
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in industry or consulting, ideally in the field of operational restructuring
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, strength in implementation, and cost awareness
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• Pragmatic way of working
• Willingness for intensive travel
• Very good English skills and confident handling of MS Office
