Service Technician with worldwide willingness to travel (m/f/d)

Purpose and goal of the position For our well-known customer, we are looking for an experienced and committed Service Technician with worldwide willingness to travel (m/f/d) for the Köln location.
Tasks, competencies and responsibility
- Professional assembly and commissioning of new systems at customers domestic and abroad
- Performance of calibrations as well as validations on machines and systems
- Performance and evaluation of performance and function tests
- Training and instruction of operating and maintenance personnel at the customer's site
- Performance of maintenance, upkeep and repair work on machines
- Performance of internal tests, preliminary acceptances and product trials with customer materials
- Creation of service reports, test protocols and technical documentation
- Support with further project-related tasks as well as occasional participation in trade and packaging fairs
Professional requirements
- Completed training as Mechatroniker/in or a comparable skilled worker training in the field of metal or electrical engineering
- Professional experience in the maintenance, upkeep and repair of industrial systems desirable
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form, other foreign languages an advantage
- High level of commitment as well as a flexible and independent way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as resilience
- Willingness for worldwide business trips and international customer assignments
