Service Technician / Customer Service Technician / After Sales Field Service (m/f/d)
Location: Köln Employment type(s): Full-time Working hours: 40.00 hours per week
Purpose and Goal of the Position For our well-known customer, we are looking for an experienced and communicative Service Technician / Customer Service Technician / After Sales Field Service (m/f/d) for the Köln location.
Your Tasks:
- Professional assembly and commissioning of new systems at our customers' sites domestically and abroad
- Adjustment and inspection of the machines
- Execution of performance tests
- Training and instruction of the operating personnel on-site at the customers' locations
- Maintenance, care, and repair of the machines
- Execution of additional tasks such as writing service reports and test protocols, as well as potentially participating in packaging trade fairs
- Execution of internal inspections and preliminary acceptances as well as material tests with customer products
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed training as a Mechatroniker/in or a comparable skilled worker training in the field of metal/electrical engineering
- Sound experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial plants
- Excellent English skills; further language skills are an advantage
- High motivation and flexibility
- Strong skills in communication and teamwork as well as resilience
- Willingness to travel worldwide
