Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the photo selection process after their photoshoot (Sales)
- Provide professional recommendations on portraits, packages, and products
- Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-studio communication (Sales)
- Follow up on bookings, scheduling, and post-shoot arrangements
- Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists to ensure a smooth client experience
- Maintain accurate client records and basic administrative tasks
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and service mindset
- Basic visual sense and appreciation for photography and aesthetics
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or photography-related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working with clients in a studio environment 6 days work per week.
