Beauty Consultant - English Speaking (Aura Bangkok Clinic - Sathorn Branch)

1. Recommend and sell various promotion packages to customers (without using pressure tactics)
2. Answer inquiries and provide detailed, accurate information regarding medical procedures (Training provided)
3. Make follow-up calls to customers
4. Coordinate with the Treatment department and nurses to transition customers for procedures throughout the day
5. Manage and resolve various issues within the clinic
6. Manage and organize time for customer service efficiently
7. Assess and analyze problems for customers appropriately
8. Key in sales data and coordinate with doctor rooms and procedure rooms

Qualifications: No education level required No age limit Previous experience working as Sales in an aesthetic clinic Fluent in English communication Service-minded and passion for sales Able to quickly calculate numbers, prices, and promotions mentally High sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills Good teamwork skills Able to work on Saturdays – Sundays Able to work assigned hours or shifts (If exceeding 8 hours, OT will be paid based on actual hours) 6 days off/month
