Job Description
- Organizes shift work, supervises, and coordinates activities within their team, while providing support to employees
- Coordinates material deliveries from the warehouse to the production lines
- Monitors attendance, task execution, and the achievement of defined team goals
- Applies SOP procedures and provides support during audits
- Ensures data accuracy in SAP/WMS and shipping documentation
- Monitors and improves KPIs (OTD, accuracy, productivity)
- Maintains daily reports and organizes shift handovers
- Participates in warehouse inventory process activities
- Implements continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
- Respects company standards and communicates company values to the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 4th level of professional education
- At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar positions
- Preferably experience in team management in logistics
- Strong organizational skills and prioritization skills
- Very good understanding of warehouse processes
- Preferably knowledge of logistics software
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
