Production Line Leader

From September 2025, the Automotive sector within the Continental group continues its business as the independent company AUMOVIO.

• Monitors the volume, quality of work, and products together with the operator team in production.
• Trains employees on the job and acts as a mentor during the training period of new employees.
• Monitors the training level of operators and updates qualification matrices while defining measures to overcome performance gaps.
• Starts the shift on the line, organizes, and maintains shift meetings.
• Provides support to the shift leader in production management activities and participates in continuous process improvement actions.
• Identifies deviations and takes corrective actions on the production line.
• Performs identification and marking of errors in the production process.
• Takes care of safety, orderliness, and hygiene of the workplace (5S).
• Organizing work on production lines for a team of 5 to 10 employees.

• Minimum IV level of professional education.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar positions.
• Knowledge of 5S working principles.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of the English language.
