The Product Nonconformity Analysis Technician is responsible for analyzing defective and nonconforming products, managing and recording materials, as well as proposing corrective solutions in cooperation with production and the quality team, with the aim of improving and stabilizing production processes. Analysis of primary causes of nonconformity and defects in products and parts. Recording, classification, and management of nonconforming products and materials in accordance with valid procedures. Proposing decisions on repair, classification, or scrapping of defective parts. Timely provision of feedback to production teams and proposing corrective solutions. Collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate data in the system, including report preparation. Participation in defining and implementing corrective and preventive measures in cooperation with the quality team. Understanding the company's quality policy and active participation in achieving quality goals.

Completed IV level of secondary vocational education of four-year duration. At least 2 years of work experience in electronics manufacturing, in the field of quality. Understanding of basic quality principles and working with nonconforming products. Basic computer skills and experience working with ERP / MES systems (advantage). Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of the English language.
