Your tasks
- Process and product validation in accordance with specifications at the start or restart of production
- First piece inspection (and, if necessary, last piece) for each product group
- Planning measurement activities and applying appropriate programs and fixtures for different products
- Preparation of dimensional and test reports and analysis of quality data
- Performing dimensional measurements on CMM devices (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and programming measurement sequences
- Ensuring proper calibration of CMM devices and measurement programs for optimal accuracy
- Working with technical documentation (CAD models, 2D and 3D drawings) using GD&T standards
- Analysis of measurement results and preparation of inspection reports
- Communication with production teams regarding deviations and process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum IV level of professional education, preferably of a technical orientation
- At least 1 year of work experience in a quality measurement laboratory
- Readiness to work in a production environment
- Basic understanding of SAP systems
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
