The Company is looking for a Technical Trainer for the Aftermarket department, operating in the regions of Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Emilia Romagna. Main activities: Development of the Ate Brake Center authorized workshop network in Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Emilia Romagna. regular visits to workshops already present in the network Delivery and management of training courses Support for the preparation of new courses, in coordination with the German headquarters Sales support and telephone technical assistance for distributors and workshops Management of problems related to products and equipment Translation of technical material from HQ The expected activity will require 30% of the time in training, 70% in the workshop development project, with 50% of the time expected to be operational off-site. The workshop project has seen the development of approximately 500 affiliated workshops in recent years; the goal is to reach 700 units in the next 2 years. The new trainer will follow the regions and support a resource already present in the company engaged in Southern Italy. After an initial shadowing phase, they will manage clients independently, reporting to the Commercial Director.
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person, with a good knowledge of the English language, preferably with a degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience. Our ideal candidate comes from training or service experiences within automotive companies or industrial vehicles, automotive component manufacturers, outsourcing companies for warranty services, maintenance, training, etc. Has a sincere passion for technical topics and loves to deal with them personally, having developed excellent manual skills.
The company offers employment at a staff level with a RAL commensurate with experience and profile, a bonus equal to 10% of the RAL, and a company car.
