Technologist/Technologist for Machining Processes

Your tasks
The main activities of a technologist in the Machining segment include
- Implementing innovations and coordinating activities related to the introduction of new technologies.
- Expert support during mass production ramp-up, including tool selection, machine setup, and preparation of technological procedures.
- Optimization of production processes in the segment with the aim of reducing costs, increasing efficiency, productivity, and quality of production processes, and measuring cycle time.
- Participation in the handover of production lines and equipment to mass production;
- Solving technical problems - providing technical support to production, analyzing the causes of non-conformities, and proposing corrective measures.
- Analytical activities - developing action plans to increase OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), reducing maintenance costs, and optimizing inventory.
- Documentation management - responsibility for the creation and regular updating of technological procedures and work instructions.
- Active cooperation with departments of industrial engineering, quality, production, and maintenance in achieving common goals.
Requirements
- University education in mechanical engineering
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of technical drawing
- Independence, prudence, assertiveness, coordination skills, logical reasoning
What we offer
Salary for the position - 1930 eur (depending on experience).
