Main Focus: Hardware and Infrastructure Projects Participate in implementation, renewal, and improvement projects of technological infrastructure. Support activities related to computing equipment, mobile devices, peripherals, and technological equipment. Collaborate in technological inventories and IT asset management processes. Support testing, validation, and documentation of new equipment and technological solutions. Participate in initiatives for the organization, optimization, and standardization of technological resources. Document processes, procedures, and project results.
Complementary Participation: Innovation and Digitalization Collaborate in process automation projects. Support the creation of reports and indicators through data analysis tools. Participate in initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes. Contribute to the development or improvement of internal applications and tools. Research new technologies and propose ideas for continuous improvement.
Be an active student with at least one year remaining to complete a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias Computacionales or related fields. Have valid facultative or major medical insurance. Knowledge: English Level B1. Hardware and computing equipment components. Networks and basic infrastructure concepts. Microsoft 365. Power BI or data visualization tools. Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). Python, JavaScript or similar languages. HTML, CSS or web technologies. Basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
