Position responsible for supporting the human resources area in different activities and implementing the project during their stay in the organization. Create basic recruitment metrics reports and contribute with analysis on how to improve processes. Implement interview types into the process. Collaborate in the creation and execution of employer branding during the project. Coordination of the operational recruitment process. Offer improvement ideas for processes and area activities. Delivery of recommendation letters to operational personnel. Training files at operational and technical levels. Printing of new hire forms. Creation of audiovisual content. Design of internal communications. Data entry in internal use platforms. Sourcing of operational candidates.
Be an active student with at least one year remaining to complete a degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields. Have valid student insurance or major medical insurance. Knowledge: English Level B1. Advanced Office. Management of digital and design platforms.
