- Manage the continuous improvement idea flow and follow up on its implementation.
- Implement the SFM (Shop Floor Management) methodology in production areas.
- Execute and maintain the 5S methodology on the production floor and in offices.
- Develop and maintain Visual Management tools in the plant.
- Establish and implement daily routines for all operational personnel.
- Provide support in plant performance improvement projects.
- Support training and workshops on problem solving and Lean methodologies.
- Be an active student with at least one year remaining to complete a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or a related engineering field.
- Have valid student or major medical insurance.
- Knowledge: English Level B1.
- Power BI (Advanced).
- Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
