ESS Changshu_Mechanical Engineer

1-Develops innovative solutions, concepts for mechanical design projects. Participates in the development of patents. Apply cross-domain expertise.

2-Significantly contributes to definition of technical standards and drives the implementation of new standards, technologies and methods actively.

3-Creates generic solutions and derives, publishes and promotes design patterns and best practices.

4-Development of air suspension systems in the Competence Center Systems & Functions/Application & Projects -internal: Project Management, System and SW developers (including test areas, vehicle  dynamics, development areas in Sibiu and regions), Quality engineers -external: Customer (OEM),  Development partners 5-Interface to the customer (end customer, project team) with a high degree of expertise. 

6-Communicates with project team in order to exchange information and identify improvement opportunities.

7-Acts as a Reviewer and Counselor for others' work products

8-Internal / external presentation of project results and reports

9-As a key expert, actively promotes and drives know-how build-up in his area of expertise and with other experts

1-Knowledge of mechanical design guidelines, relevant technologies, material strength, fluid flow, tooling, tolerance calculations, and engineering drawing standards. 2-Experience in the design and manufacturing of mechanical parts for the automotive industry, including industry- and customer-specific strategies, technologies, and business perspectives. 3-Knowledge of design-to-cost (DTC), manufacturing processes, component technologies, product development processes, version management, and DFMEA. 4-Proficiency in PDM systems such as SAP PLM and CAD tools including CATIA, Pro/ENGINEER, Mechanical Desktop, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
