Human Resources Intern - Recruitment and Selection Location: AUMOVIO Kać plant As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide administrative and operational support to the talent acquisition team. You will be actively involved in all phases of the hiring and selection process, as well as in the implementation of strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining employees. Your responsibilities include: Candidate Recruitment and Selection: You will participate in the complete organization of the selection process; from creating job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, to informing candidates about the selection results. You will have the opportunity to work directly with candidates and management in the process of selecting the most qualified candidates.

Support in Talent Planning and Development: You will be involved in the organization and implementation of activities related to talent development, such as employee engagement initiatives and succession planning.

Support in Reporting and Analysis: Collecting data, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI) in the HR process.

Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support in the daily functioning of the HR team, maintaining an accurate database of candidates and employees.

Collaboration within the HR Team: As an intern, you will collaborate with management and the HR team in implementing strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

Final-year student or graduate student at a university relevant to human resources, management, psychology, or similar fields. Basic understanding of talent acquisition processes. Willingness to work in a team in a dynamic and business-oriented environment. Proactivity, high organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Advanced level of English language skills, both spoken and written.
