Assistant Business Development & Administration Manager (M/F) - Intern

As part of your internship, you will provide daily support to the Business Development & Administration Manager. The activities will be as follows:

• Preparation of rebate claim files and cooperation agreements (eSign).
• Support for market analyses in collaboration with the Business Development & Administration Manager (price gap / competition / OE, etc...).
• Turnover (CA) and RFA declarations to customers.
• Participation in the drafting of commercial contracts, Docusign, and monthly follow-up.
• Various internal reporting (indirect CA follow-up, CBW statistics for sales representatives, etc...).
• Digitalization and automation of reporting and processes (Power Bi, VBA, etc...).
• Updating RFA agreements in the Pricefx software.
• Analysis of customer delays and reminders.

Degree: Student in a Master's in Finance or equivalent

• A good level of English (B2 and above).
• Microsoft Office office tools are essential (Excel / Word / PowerPoint and PowerBI) and AI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills / keen sense of organization
• Good interpersonal skills
• Rigorous
• Dynamic
• Demonstrating a capacity for synthesis
