Do you feel at home in order processing and see yourself as a connecting interface between customers, production, and sales? With your structured way of working and strong communication skills, you will ensure the smooth and reliable processing of our customer orders as an employee (m/f/d) in order entry.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the order entry of our customer orders in our ERP-System
• You coordinate technical and scheduling matters with our customers as well as with our production
• You create and send order confirmations
• You work closely with our internal and external sales departments
• You support customs and shipping processing in compliance with applicable export control regulations
• You handle the notification of shipments to freight forwarders

Profile

• A completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in customer service and order processing
• Ideally knowledge of customs matters as well as experience in international shipping and goods traffic
• Solid technical understanding for the processing and coordination of customer orders
• Very good IT skills and confident handling of ERP-Systemen
• Strong communication skills in customer contact
• Responsible, team-oriented, and structured way of working
• Proficient English skills
