Your tasks

• Pick and pack online orders with speed, care, and accuracy from our retail store.
• Arranging of warehouse once stocks come
• Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Manage refunds or discounts for out-of-stock items—because transparency matters.
• Work cross-functionally with the Retail and E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills A strong sense of responsibility and reliability Cool under pressure, especially in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A great team player who works well with others
