Senior Controlling Specialist (M/F)

Daily tasks

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Production cost control
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variance analysis
• Revenue analysis
• Project management, planning, and financial reporting
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process for production operations
• Monitoring production costs, material consumption, and general manufacturing overheads
• Maintaining and controlling customer credit limits in SAP
• Participating in the month-end closing
• Checking and approving price matrices for customers
• Collecting and preparing data for transfer pricing documentation
• Maintaining accurate financial documentation and reporting

Requirements

Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, management, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing environment Experience in an international manufacturing company Fluency in English Good knowledge of cost accounting and production finance Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANA Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of tax principles Understanding of production planning, supply chain, and inventory management processes Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and business collaboration skills
