Daily tasks

• Managing the area of internal and external logistics (warehouse, transport)
• Organizing and supervising transport processes
• Managing the warehouse team, organizing and coordinating the team's work
• Data entry into the system, preparation and control of warehouse documentation, coordinating the correct flow of warehouse documentation
• Optimizing work at every stage of the supply chain and diversifying service providers
• Initiating improvements that reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency
• Managing crisis situations and responding to threats related to supply chain disruptions
• Coordinating and monitoring the process of shipments, collections, and transport
• Analyzing report data regarding the execution of collections, shipments, and transport
• Conducting the Inventory process
• Ongoing control of the product/goods warehousing process

Requirements

Experience in a similar position in the logistics area Experience in managing departments: warehouse and transport Good knowledge of the English language Independence and a proactive approach to work
