Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Daily tasks

• Managing the functioning of the Maintenance department
• Diagnostics of technical and process problems, analysis of causes, and implementation of preventive actions
• Ensuring the continuity of maintenance for machines, devices, and automation systems
• Planning and supervising inspections and replacements of machine components and ensuring appropriate spare parts (including selection of substitutes)
• Participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and its acceptance
• Implementing new solutions aimed at increasing machine efficiency, improving quality, reducing technical downtime, and reducing machine maintenance costs
• Supervision and maintenance of required technical documentation

Requirements

Higher technical education Experience in leading a maintenance team SEP qualifications Knowledge of English Knowledge of automation and robotization systems and production lines Knowledge of machine operating principles, diagnostic tools, and technical infrastructure Good work organization and stress resistance Ability to work in a team
