Project Engineer – Sanitary and Process Installations (M/F)
Daily tasks
- Conceptual work and planning: Participating in the creation of technical assumptions, expansion concepts, and analyzing the technical possibilities of integrating new systems with existing infrastructure
- Creating guidelines for external companies: Preparing detailed assumptions, technical requirements, and industry guidelines for design offices and contracting companies
- Interdepartmental cooperation and communication: Close cooperation with internal company departments (Production, Quality/Maintenance, HSE, Logistics) to ensure efficient information flow and alignment of installations with the plant's operational needs
- Supervision of installation assembly: Coordination and quality control of work performed by external companies regarding HVAC, water/sewage, fire protection, and technological installations (steam, chilled water, glycol, compressed air)
- Ensuring hygienic standards: Quality control of process piping execution in accordance with strict food industry standards
- Protecting production continuity: Implementing and enforcing procedures to prevent contamination (dust, impurities) so that construction work does not affect the operation of the existing, working part of the factory
- Planning technological tie-ins: Preparing and coordinating schedules for connecting new installations to existing connections
- Connection, commissioning, and integration with BMS: Direct supervision of media connection to new lines and active participation in functional tests, commissioning, and verification of system communication with the Building Management System (BMS)
