Focus Factory Manager (K/M)

Daily tasks

• Organizing and supervising production in the designated area by achieving production targets
• Directing, planning, and organizing the work of subordinate production teams and supervising the execution of tasks
• Taking actions in connection with non-conformities, internal and external audit results, and employee reports
• Representing the company during customer audits
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal efficiency of operational processes
• Ensuring the functioning of quality, process, and optimization standards
• Planning and supervising the production schedule, costs, and order fulfillment
• Preparing production performance reports and analyses
• Active cooperation with other company departments

Requirements

Higher technical education At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in production Experience in the automotive industry Experience in managing a team of several dozen people Very good knowledge of English Knowledge and experience in using the SAP system, Knowledge of the MS Office suite, Knowledge of efficiency indicators (e.g., KPI Management) Knowledge of the Continuous Improvement process
