Daily tasks

• Management, planning, and organization of the production process
• Responsibility for achieving production goals in accordance with established quality standards
• Participation in the development and implementation of the company's production strategy
• Optimization of production costs and monitoring of key performance indicators
• Developing solutions to optimize and automate production processes and implementing new projects aimed at improving the manufacturing plant's operations
• Managing a team of department managers and supervising the plant's organizational structure
• Reporting the results of the company's production activities
• Monitoring cost budgets
• Ensuring compliance with BHP standards and legal regulations

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field - construction, materials engineering, concrete technology
• 5 years of experience in a managerial position in a production plant
• Experience in managing production teams
• Experience in implementing operational and quality standards
• Very good knowledge of English
• Analytical skills and an approach focused on efficiency and process optimization
• Proactive approach to work
• Independence in decision-making, reliability, timeliness, creativity
• Must have: Higher education, experience, Independence
