Projects Document Controller
The Projects Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, tracking, and controlling all project-related documents and correspondence. Ensures that all technical, contractual, and administrative documents are properly stored, updated, and distributed to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
Key Responsibilities 1- Register, code, and track all incoming/outgoing documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, method statements, contracts, VO/claims, MOMs) using the approved numbering and revision system. 2- Maintain the Master Drawing Register and Submittal/RFI Logs; supersede old revisions, close obsolete items 3- Update the company’s internal project management system regularly with all relevant project data, statuses, logs, approvals, and documentation changes. 4- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with project documentation. 5- Ensure proper electronic archiving of all project documentation and maintain data integrity across all systems. 6- Follow up on pending approvals and ensure all stakeholders are notified of critical updates or required actions. 7- Prepare document status reports and share weekly/monthly logs with the project team 8- Receive, log, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documentation 9- Assist the project team with any documentation needs and support audits and compliance reviews. 10- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely submission and review of documents. 11- Prepare formal communications to clients regarding change clarifications, approvals, or updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, and engineering support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- skilled in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
