Social Management Controller and Benefits (M/F)

Our Human Resources team is looking for its future Social Management Controller & Benefits (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI)!

Within a team of 6 people, your role is to drive the compensation and benefits policy for the companies Audika and Demant Aides Auditives France (the France scope of the Demant group).

In this capacity, your missions will notably include:

DRIVING THE COMPANY'S COMPENSATION POLICY AND BENEFITS

• Drive compensation and benefits schemes (profit-sharing, incentive schemes, employee savings, social protection, benefits in kind) and contribute to their evolution.
• Ensure the operational monitoring of compensation campaigns: calculation of variables, performance bonuses, profit-sharing, etc.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the payroll budget.
• Produce HR KPIs and regulatory reports (professional equality index, BDES, social report) and coordinate the individual social report (BSI).
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external partners on compensation matters and transmit necessary data (actuary, service providers, etc.).

ANALYZING AND MONITORING COMPENSATION SYSTEMS

• Perform simulations on payroll evolution (base salary, bonuses, incentives).
• Create decision-making matrices for managers and HR.
• Develop and manage monthly reporting of salary data.
• Respond to salary-related surveys (DARES, Mercer survey, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with our legal obligations regarding salary transparency.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS

• Conduct specific studies and participate in projects related to the Demant Group: standardization of salary practices, salary transparency, etc.
• Coordinate the preparation of the BSI for all employees.
• You hold a Master's degree from a business school or university equivalent with a specialization in finance / management control / HR.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position (social management control) within an HR environment.
• You demonstrate solid mastery of Excel (advanced functions, formulas, modeling systems, etc.).
• You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills.
• You are rigorous and organized.
• Professional English (occasional exchanges within the Group)
