Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for the satisfaction of all guests and users of the outlet assigned to their supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and support servers, order takers, minibar replenishers, and the rest of the Food and Beverage Division collaborators.
• Create a safe environment for our customers and collaborators.
• Assist in the development and application of operating procedures and department standards.
• Train and develop all collaborators based on current standards.
• Handle any guest suggestion or complaint politely and efficiently, ensuring that the guest is immediately informed of the follow-up solution. Co-responsible for achieving monthly NPS goals; ensuring implementation and execution of service standards.
• Collaborate in the selection of optimal candidates to ensure the best collaborators.

• Manage (properly and responsibly) the SMS/POS system perfectly.
• Be fully agreeable to rotating to any outlet or any other department that the hotel designates at any designated time.
• Completely know all services and areas offered by the hotel.
• Total knowledge of the beverages and food offered in all outlets.
• Responsible for performing up-selling of food, beverages, and wines.
• Represent the IRD Manager in their absence.
• Administer the budget appropriately by monitoring overtime, average checks, and related expenses. Co-responsible for achieving the monthly revenue budget, as well as controlling department expenses and costs, achieving a GOP in accordance with the monthly objective.
• Protect hotel assets.
• Maximize the number of services, romantic dinners, as well as increase business in all outlets.
• Maximize the sale of every call to meet daily average check goals.
• Minibar inventory control. Controls to prevent minibar product shrinkage.
• Daily cover control.
• Maintain ethical standards and lead by example.
• Motivate collaborators to achieve department and hotel objectives.
• Create a healthy organizational climate, promoting motivation, participation, teamwork, and opportunities for department and hotel collaborators.
• Train and develop all collaborators based on constant feedback and evaluations.

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to carry out all tasks and responsibilities.
• Must always have a positive and motivating attitude, transmitting it to collaborators and guests.
• Must have total knowledge in the area.
• Must show professionalism and be oriented toward Luxury service.
• Must work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
• Must be able to work in a team and relate to different levels, maintaining a cordial and affectionate relationship with all collaborators.
• Advanced English (Oral and Written).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
