Job Description

Join our team as a Casa Host at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Residences Management. You will be responsible for elevating the Susurros del Corazón brand on its residential side. When houses are occupied, you will coordinate so that all departments are prepared to welcome guests, ensuring that proper amenities are in place, that the cuates team has the necessary information regarding guests and their requirements, that the inclusions of each rate are followed perfectly, and that guests or owners enjoy their stay by personally attending to their needs or requirements and providing anticipatory and intuitive service.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that must be done! Within the Auberge family, our talent always finds new ways to care for the business, its guests, and its team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for all guest and owner needs during their stay in the House
• Room orientation
• Managing reservations, special requests, laundry, cleaning, packing/unpacking service, and personalized services.
• Overseeing the guest experience once in the house, ensuring luxury service in every interaction and creating memorable experiences that convey the Soul of the Place.
• Acting as a resort ambassador, representing Auberge standards and values and the soul of the place.
• Applying hotel operating standards and correctly using operating systems (Akia, Alice, Opera).
• Anticipating guest needs and offering highly personalized service.
• Recognizing and celebrating special occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
• Maintaining effective communication with guests, both in person and via messaging, providing accurate and timely information.
• Monitoring guest location, schedule, and activities to attend to last-minute requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury resorts with a residential component
• Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Good organization and systems management
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
