Job Description

Contribute to the goal of the children's program team, providing education and care for members and guest children within a welcoming environment. Promote the club's youth activities and programs, establish a genuine caring relationship with each child and parent, first aid and babysitting certification, participate in daily activities such as arts, book reading, singing songs, playing games, to help keep all facilities clean and in order.

Requirements

• Establish a relationship with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents using the club's children's activity services.
• Babysitting and first aid certification.
• Participate in daily activities such as organizing arts and crafts, leading games, reading stories, and singing songs.
• Coordinate and ensure facilities and equipment are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Notify the manager of accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of information; protect company assets.
• Welcome and recognize all guests according to company standards; anticipate service needs and guest directions.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to carry out all tasks and responsibilities.
• Must always have a positive and motivating attitude, conveying it to colleagues and guests.
• Must have total knowledge in the area.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and be oriented toward Luxury service.
• Must work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
• Must be able to work in a team and relate to different levels while maintaining a cordial and affectionate relationship with all collaborators.
• Advanced English (Oral and Written).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
