Job Description

Verify and maintain the hotel's computer equipment and internal network in optimal working condition, and create and maintain the required applications to contribute to the company's different strategies.

Support tasks assigned by the Systems Leader for the development and implementation of different IT projects and initiatives.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software on computer equipment.
• Verify and maintain the correct functioning of the guest and administrative networks.
• Maintenance of local servers and web server.
• Maintenance of access to the Hotel's main Systems (such as Additions, Deletions, Changes, Transfers, etc.).
• Maintenance and Support of applications installed by the Hotel.
• Provide support and training to users on different applications and IT-related devices.
• [Maintenance] of tools that facilitate their work.
• Manage all Hardware inventory (safekeeping, laptops, desktops, printers, Chromecast, projector, etc.).

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the position
• Minimum 1 year in luxury hotels
• Knowledge of Hospitality industry programs.
• Knowledge in PMS, POS, ERP, WiFi applications.

Language

• Intermediate-advanced English

Education Level

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems.
