PERSPECTIVE

Attraktion! develops and realizes media-based attractions, immersive spaces, Flying Theater, 4D/5D cinemas, interactive shows, as well as complex AV and Show-Control systems in Europe. A move to Austria would be desirable; project-related travel within Europe is part of the role. We are looking for three highly practical media technicians to implement installations, lead local teams, and complete projects with technical precision.

TASKS

• Installation and supervision of AV systems on-site: projectors, displays / LED, audio, racks, Media-Server, controls, sensors, and peripherals.
• Coordination of local assembly companies, electricians, metalworkers, and other trades based on planning documents.
• Rack construction, cabling, patching, labeling, signal tests, network basics, device addressing, and system checks.
• Coordination of mounting points, projector positions, speakers, cable routes, and maintenance accessibility.
• Support during commissioning, calibration, alignment, audio/video tests, show tests, and handover.
• Management of deviations, open points, photo documentation, Punch Lists, and daily site coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of experience in AV installation, event technology, media technology, system integration, or comparable trades.
• Confident handling of AV components, signal paths, cable types, racks, network basics, projectors, audio, and Media-Server environments.
• Site experience, hands-on mentality, clean way of working, safety awareness, and professional appearance.
• Ability to implement plans, rack layouts, cable lists, mounting plans, and technical instructions.
• Troubleshooting under time pressure, clear communication, and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to travel in Europe; good English, German is an advantage. Driver's license is an advantage.

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Experience with permanent installations in museums, amusement parks, retail/brand experiences, theaters, or immersive rooms.
• Knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Dante, DMX / Art-Net, Media-Server, Projection Mapping, or LED systems.
• Aerial work platform license, basic electrotechnical knowledge, network certificates, or safety training.
