Attraktion! develops and realizes media-based attractions, immersive rooms, Flying Theater, 4D/5D cinemas, interactive shows, as well as complex AV and Show-Control systems in Europe. Project-related travel within Europe is part of the role. We are looking for a technically strong personality who programs, tests, documents, and reliably commissions AV controls and Show-Control systems.

TASKS

• Programming of Crestron controls, touchpanels / user interfaces, logics, and device integrations.
• Show programming in Weigl / Brainsalt Conductor for timelines, triggers, media, light / DMX, serial, UDP, RS-232, and I/O.
• Integration of media servers, projectors, displays / LED, audio-DSPs, sensors, actuators, ride/motion interfaces, and networks.
• Creation and maintenance of functional descriptions, signal and I/O lists, show sequences, test protocols, and handover documentation.
• On-site commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization, operator training, and coordination with customers and trades.
• Technical support during FAT / SAT, show tests, and final acceptance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good Crestron experience, ideally SIMPL, SIMPL+, C# for Crestron, Toolbox, and touchpanel design.
• Experience in Show Control and media technology; Conductor/Weigl knowledge is ideal, but can be built up with a strong technical background.
• Understanding of AV-over-IP, networks, DMX / Art-Net / sACN, RS-232 / serial, UDP / TCP, GPIO, timecode, and trigger logic.
• Confident reading of technical drawings, signal flow diagrams, racks, patch lists, and functional descriptions.
• Structured troubleshooting, clean documentation, and high reliability for continuous operation.
• Flawless English; German is an advantage. Willingness to travel in Europe; driver's license is an advantage.

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Q-SYS, Medialon, Watchout, Pixera, Disguise, Unreal / Unity, Beckhoff / SPS, Node-RED.
• Experience with theme parks, museums, immersive rooms, motion rides, 4D/5D cinemas, or interactive installations.
• Crestron certifications, DM NVX, or comparable AV/network certificates.
